Intellectual Property Rights & DMCA Takedown Policy

At AuraLumelamp, we respect the intellectual property (IP) rights of others and expect our users and partners to do the same. We have zero tolerance for counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or IP infringement.

1. Ownership of Site Content & Trademarks

  • Trademarks: "AuraLumelamp", our logo, and designated product collection names are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized commercial use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

DMCA & Intellectual Property Infringement Notice Process If you are an IP owner (or an authorized representative) and believe that any product or content on our website infringes upon your copyright, trademark, or design patent, please submit a formal written notice to our designated IP Agent containing the following information:

  • Contact Information: Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), physical address, phone number, and email address.

  • Identification of the Protected Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work, registered trademark, or patent claimed to have been infringed (including registration numbers, if applicable).

  • Identification of Infringing Material: Direct URL(s) or exact product listing links on our website to the material you request to be removed.

  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright/IP owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.

3. How to Submit Your Notice Please send your notice with the subject line "IP Infringement Takedown Request" to:

4. Response & Takedown Action Upon receipt of a valid and complete IP notice, AuraLumelamp will:

  • Promptly review the claim within 2–3 business days.

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is valid.

  • Notify the affected party/supplier of the takedown action.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to service@auralumelamp.com including:

  • Your contact information and signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
