We accept PayPal, Debit Card, and Credit Card payments. You may check out as a guest via PayPal without registering for a PayPal account, simply by entering your debit or credit card information.

Please note that PayPal Credit is not supported on our website. Complete your purchase using your PayPal balance or a linked physical debit/credit card.

Payment Failures & Error Messages

• Error 80010: Transaction Do Not Honour

  This error typically occurs when your card-issuing bank declines the transaction due to security controls on cross-border purchases or an exceeded online spending limit. Solution: Contact your card-issuing bank to authorize this overseas transaction, or try an alternate payment card.

• Error 80090: Cannot Start 3D Authorized Service

  This error indicates that your card has not enabled the 3-D Secure authentication service required for international online checkout. Solution: Contact your bank to activate 3-D Secure. Do not close or refresh your browser window during authentication, or switch to another payment card.

• Error 20061: Duplicate Order

  This error occurs if you refresh or close your browser while the 3-D Secure pop-up is processing and then resubmit the payment. Our system detects duplicate payment requests and blocks them. Solution: Do not refresh or close your browser while 3-D Secure is running. Complete the full authentication flow.

Currency & Exchange Rates

All orders are billed and processed in US Dollars (USD). Prices displayed in other currencies serve as real-time conversion references only and do not represent the final charged amount.

If you pay with a non-USD denominated card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rate adjustments. Rottogoon Lifewinner LLC (trading as AuraLumelamp) shall not be liable for any bank-imposed conversion charges, exchange losses, or related adjustments. Please direct all questions regarding these fees to your card-issuing bank.

Payment Security

AuraLumelamp does not store your full credit or debit card information on our servers. All card payments are securely processed through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our checkout page uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption with Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance to protect your personal data in transit.
