Returns Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for US customers. EU customers hold statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period. Items must be brand‑new, uninstalled with full original packaging. Custom‑made items are non‑returnable for non‑quality issues; warranty applies only to factory manufacturing defects.

• Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7‑10 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customer is responsible for return‑shipping cost for non‑merchant‑fault returns.
